In order to further promote the implementation of the famous brand strategy in the rubber industry, strengthen the construction of independent brands, encourage enterprises to create famous brands, enhance the market competitiveness of rubber products, and improve the quality reputation of products, in accordance with the law of the people's Republic of China on the quantity of domestic products, the outline of quality revitalization issued by the State Council, the Ministry of industry and information technology, the national development and Reform Commission, and the National Quality Supervision The guiding opinions on strengthening the construction of quality and reputation of industrial products (MIBK [2010] No. 112) jointly issued by six ministries and commissions including the General Administration of inspection and quarantine decided to establish China Rubber Industry Association to recommend brand products.

The recommended brand products shall meet the advanced level of international similar products in physical quality, be in the leading position in domestic similar products, be in the forefront of the industry in market share and popularity, have high degree of customer satisfaction, and have strong market competitiveness.

After review, China Rubber Industry Association recently publicized the recommended brands of various varieties on its official website. The shortlisted enterprises in rubber shoes industry include Shanghai Huili Shoes Co., Ltd. and Shandong Lutai Shoes Co., Ltd.
